Dr. Keith Jackson is an absolute miracle worker! I had a terrible implant and implant crown that was placed 15+ years ago. Dr. Keith went above and beyond to get all the information he could about the implant. I know he spent a lot of extra time working on my crown- calling reps, working with the lab, ordering new tools, etc. I don't know if any other dentist would work as hard as he did for a brand new patient- most would give up and refer me somewhere else so they wouldn’t have the extra hassle! This was by far my best dentist experience. Everything felt very clean and the staff was extremely professional and personable. My dental hygienist, I believe her name was Hannah, was great! They caught a condition I didn’t know I’ve had for 24 years. I can’t recommend this dentist office enough!

My experience with Madeira Dental was excellent. I required answers about insurance, referrals, costs, and a good cleaning after some pandemic-induced negligence. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, attentive, competent and punctual. It was refreshing to encounter a high-functioning medical office. Highly recommend.

I've been a patient for several years. I trust Dr. Jackson's recommendations and find the quality of his work to be very good. The staff does well in supporting procedures and administrative matters. My last appointment, crown preparation, was one of the most painless procedures I've ever had.

I have been a patient for several years. I recently had my routine, scheduled cleaning and x-rays. As usual, my technician was on time, pleasant, efficient, thorough, and professional in providing my service. Dr. Jackson came in afterward without any delay, checked my x-rays and looked in my mouth. I was finished within an hour.
