Dr. Jaclson and his staff are always super pleasant, on time, and wonderful at what they do. Nancy takes great care of my teeth and she's always so nice to catch up with 2x\year!
Front office staff is very efficient, pleasant and professional. Crown replacement procedure was also efficient and professional.
I was a new patient to the office. The front deck staff was very polite and accommodating. The answered all my questions. The dentist assistant was very knowledgeable and caring. Dr Laura Jackson had very good demeanour, she explained my condition very well and the plan of care. I would recommend Dr Jackson and Madeira Dentistry to others.
Prior to Dr. Keith being licensed, I was a patient of his father, Dr. "Bud" Jackson. I am very satisfied being a patient of Dr. Keith. He has big shoes to fill.

Dr. Keith Jackson is an absolute miracle worker! I had a terrible implant and implant crown that was placed 15+ years ago. Dr. Keith went above and beyond to get all the information he could about the implant. I know he spent a lot of extra time working on my crown- calling reps, working with the lab, ordering new tools, etc. I don't know if any other dentist would work as hard as he did for a brand new patient- most would give up and refer me somewhere else so they wouldn’t have the extra hassle! This was by far my best dentist experience. Everything felt very clean and the staff was extremely professional and personable. My dental hygienist, I believe her name was Hannah, was great! They caught a condition I didn’t know I’ve had for 24 years. I can’t recommend this dentist office enough!
Easy to schedule and practice runs on time and seems light hearted nice. Situations clearly explained including alternatives Minimizes time for me in chair and I always know what’s happening
