Great alternative to home coloring. The consultation was easy. You move on to different people helping you (one for consultation, one for color application, 1 for shampoo) but each staff member was very pleasant and professional. I'm very happy with how my color turned out!

jen was my colorist and she was lovely. the salon came a long way from when it first opened and i had a membership. All staff was timely and professional. i do think, tho that 85.00 for a roots only touchup without a blowout is expensive.

I wish I could give it more stars! Great friendly and professional service. This is a lifeline for someone who has to color every few weeks. Diana who did my hair took her time to match and apply color explaining everything along the way and the results were amazing. I could not recommend this place more. The color came out perfect and the customer service was great!!! The young lady who did my hair was a pleasure to have so it she was very knowledgeable about the products and hair colors.

i have been to the Color Bar 4 times to have my roots done. The colorists are always pleasant and attentive. Two out of the four times, the color has been left to sit on my hair for over an hour (I was told it was going to be left on 35-45 minutes). Both times it is difficult to put total blame on the colorist. One time the colorist was on the phone with someone and was unable to end the call.
