Jennifer keeps me going back to Madison Reed and maintaining my membership. She consistently goes over and beyond with her coloring and positive attitude. She greets everyone with a smile which is rare at this location. While all the other colorists look overworked and stressed out...she is always full of energy and enthusiasm.

Great alternative to home coloring. The consultation was easy. You move on to different people helping you (one for consultation, one for color application, 1 for shampoo) but each staff member was very pleasant and professional. I'm very happy with how my color turned out!

jen was my colorist and she was lovely. the salon came a long way from when it first opened and i had a membership. All staff was timely and professional. i do think, tho that 85.00 for a roots only touchup without a blowout is expensive.

It was my first time at the Shrewsbury Color Bar and I had a very nice experience. Anne colored my hair. She gave me great advice and did a very thorough all over color. My color is Portofino Red, and the application makes a difference. I really like the result . Everybody at the Color Bar was professional, pleasant and helpful. The manager assisted in sorting out an issue efficiently and competently. Highly recommend!

I wish I could give it more stars! Great friendly and professional service. This is a lifeline for someone who has to color every few weeks. Diana who did my hair took her time to match and apply color explaining everything along the way and the results were amazing. I could not recommend this place more. The color came out perfect and the customer service was great!!! The young lady who did my hair was a pleasure to have so it she was very knowledgeable about the products and hair colors.
