Chyna is great!!!! She is always so professional and friendly. Love my color. The shampoo is the icing on the cake. Everyone at the Ardmore location is amazing!

Consistent, beautiful color no matter where or who is applying it anywhere - my first visit to a Madison Reed salon was in Los Angeles and my 2nd and third visit in Ardmore. I am now a member! Cannot recommend high enough!

Luciany worked her magic on not just correcting my hair color, but creating accent highlights that lifted my hair color to a new level. She does this by listening to my concerns, thoughtfully analyzing with me what are my options, then using her knowledge and experience to mix the perfect color for my roots and highlights! I got the best color I have ever gotten in my life at Madison Reed in Suburban Sq. Staff are super nice and friendly. They are extremely professional and knowledgeable about their products I am definitely returning on regular schedule.

I have to say that I was not sure what to expect without truly customized color- but I have to say my experience was excellent. I had received a very poor color experience from another salon for my red hair and needed a quick fix- I arrived at MR with my roots looking hot/ orange and my ends were a nice red. Luciane os by far the best hairstylist I have ever been to. I usually go to a phenomenal salon in Philadelphia however I decided to stop by and work with her . To my amazing surprise she is extremely knowledgeable in coloring, texture and made me a client for life. Definitely a huge asset to the Ardmore location and deserves the highest praise !!! It was my very first time in a MadisonReed and it was a delightful experience. I had roots, a glaze and deep conditioner. They matched my color to my regular stylists (I could not make my appointment and needed a quick touch up) beautifully. The space was lovely, the color specialists friendly and professional. My only concern was that the card reader on the register was not working and it would not allow me to leave a tip. I had no cash and continued to try to add one in. I have been twice (single process color only) and was pleased both times. However, there is pressure to become a "member" every time I go and also pressure to purchase products. Sometimes I cave to the pressure. Tiyana is wonderful. Ladies, I am not interested in purchasing a plan.
