Stephanie, is so personable and works really hard. Everyone working at the salon seemed extremely friendly. They all wear masks which is a very welcomed precaution. The salon is clean and bright. We were trying to get the warmth, brass, and stubborn whites out of my hair, which she largely achieved, with a single process. The lighting is very deceiving in the salon and looked very warm inside, initially. My hair looks great at home and outside. Thank you so much, Stephanie!

I'm so happy I chose Madison Reed Ardmore! I had a vague idea of what I wanted done to my hair. I told Torrence my goals and showed him a picture. When he said we would need to do all over color + balayage to achieve the look, I felt a little nervous because that seemed pretty drastic and I'm used to just getting basic highlights done once or twice a year. However, he totally nailed it! Exceeded my expectations. Unfortunately I was only visiting relatives in the area, otherwise I would be back. Thanks y'all!

I absolutely loved the Ardmore Madison Reed Color Bar from the moment I walked in! I was greeted as soon as I walked in and my color specialist was ready to work on me with in minutes of my scheduled appointment. Everyone took Covid safety precautions which was one of my biggest concerns going back to a salon. I had one color in mind but the Color Specialist had a different color she said would be her recommendation. I thought it was too light but I went with her recommendation and I am so glad I did. I was greeted warmly by Terrence when I arrived and Tannia ,my colorist was friendly, warm, knowledgeable and professional. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and I am very happy with the results. I highly recommend the Madison Reed Color Bar. I have been using Madison Reed products for many years on my own. It was great to have someone else do it for me!

The manager wanted me to sign a waiver for sensitive scalp. The reason why my scalp is sensitive is because the dye was left too long which had burned my scalp and had scabs. That is the reason why my scalp was sensitive. I'm not signing a waiver. Thanks

No good at all. the high lights are not good , completely orange and too far from my roots! the opposite of what I expected and asked for! I'm very disappointed , wasn't expecting it.
