Amazing experience at Madison Reed of palm beach today. Colorist was awesome. He talked to me about the options to tone my hair over highlights. He was very clear about what I could expect, really kind and attentive. I was really happy with the result.

Great to get a quick root touch up and shampoo. A little overpriced for just root color. The stylist took her time applying the color. If your color is not complicated and you just want a refresher. This is the place. If you do your roots every four to five weeks. You are better off with the membership.

Joining this salon has been an excellent decision. Although my first visit was a bit unnerving because I've been with the same color specialist for years, the team handled it with professionalism. I've been to Madison Reed twice in 8 months now. I am someone who has colored her hair at home for years, using Garnier Nutrisse (and a couple other brands). I don't have extra money to spend on beautifying (or attempting to beautify, ha ha) myself. Two friends of mine kept complaining about the red (brassy) color in my hair, so I decided to have a pro deal with it. I went to my appt and got completely lost from the apple maps (but google maps has it correct near yard house and swoozies after looking.Luckily, I got there and Sabrina was able to take me in (from my appt previously getting cancelled from my crazy morning of running late). She was not only able to take me still but was so lovely and did such a beautiful job on my hair! Definitely DON'T order supples online to pick up here. There is no receptionist and obviously the hairdressers don't want to be bothered stopping what they're doing- don't really blame them-to get an order together- because no it's not ready and waiting . That said I do love the products and think their colored gloss is better than the one my high-end hairdresser uses. Pay extra and have it delivered.

Run, don't walk to Madison Reed! To say that I was incredibly nervous about my first hair color is an understatement. Meeting Joy upon entry to this establishment, my nerves were immediately combed.
