I I've been going to Madison reed in Palm Beach Gardens and see Sabrina for over six months now, and I have been extremely pleased with the performance and the quality of service. They are very professional there and very considerate to your needs and your hair color. I highly recommend this salon. The quality of the color of your hair is excellent and the conditioning is even better.

I adore Madison Reed Color Bar. Sabrina, Diana, and Lucy are phenomenal. As a mostly gray brunette I need to get my roots done every two weeks. Madison Reed's Unlimited Roots Membership is brilliant; for $75/month I can have my roots done as often as I choose. My color is perfect every time and I'm saving money. What's not to love?

I had the pleasure of working with Diana and Sabrina at the Palm Beach Gardens Color Bar. The place is fabulous, clean and everyone is efficient. I have "problem" hair. Well, actually, I'm too proud to go gray..and i had been blonde for several years but didn't like it. I really wanted red-auburn..and after a few tweaks..we got it. I am 100% gray..so it's a challenge with my roots. But they DID it..and I am delighted. Was very excited when heard Madison Reed was opening in Palm Beach Gardens. Diana colored my hair and also applied a gloss which came out great. Lucy did the shampoo and was very nice. Started using Madison Reed a couple of months ago and love the products. Great to have the salon so close by and joined the membership - great value! I have stubborn greys and need to color every 1 1/2 - 2 weeks. Now I can get my hair done as often as I like and doesn't cost me extra. Great for people who need frequent root touch ups with not crazy difficult to color hair, but very disappointed that they have run 15-20+ minutes late for my last 2 appointments and even though they claim it is not possible to request a specific colorist, if someone comes in with a later appointment time but they're tagged for a different salon chair, they will take that person first. Super frustrating and I had to end my membership due to continuous late appointments.

hair fell out .. they don't work on commission .. I booked a a 3 hour session and they forgot me after 45 minutes .. Colorist EVE left the product on 15 minutes too long.. I had to remind them that the timer was way past due ... the colorist Eve dumped me ... her manager Sabrina washed my hair and all she complained about was her migraine .... the place is a joke.. the employees were more concerned with their phones than their clients ... it a dystopian hell for hair ...
