I can't say enough how much I love the staff at Madison Reed Boulder location! I've been coming here for almost three years and they have always been professional and friendly. Plus, Cheryl, the Color Master, is the best colorist ever.

I've been in twice in 9 months since moving to Boulder. Shay and Natalie have been my blonding specialists and both have done a phenomenal job. Very happy. Getting established with new stylists can often prove a lot of unnerving trial and error, especially for blondes. I'm super grateful this location and the staff have removed the guesswork. Great job.

I was referred to Madison Reed by a friend. I didn't know the salon existed. It was a fantastic experience. I did the membership, which is a bargain compared to what I was paying at another salon. Faith did my color and she was great. She explained everything in detail and checked on me often throughout the process. The salon was bright and comfortable and very clean. It was a great experience. Can't wait to go back. Oh and my color is excellent!

Initially color was much darker than I wanted. However. Christopher, the manager, offered a solution without damaging my hair. He was so nice and professional. After he finished, it turned out exactly to my expectations. He's a great asset to Madison Reed!! Thanks Christopher! I appreciate your excellent customer service!!

Shay was amazing. She really cares about the quality of her work. I had a root coloring disaster and she fixed it complimentary. I don't recommend Madison Reed root color unless you test strand first. She said she never saw it go that orange or brassy so maybe my hair is the exception. I will 100% be going back for all over highlights. The highlights turned out wonderful! So very grateful for her professionalism and talent! A job well done!

First time visiting this salon and I had a great experience! I'm happy I got assigned Christopher, because he was the best. He helped me figure out what I wanted, listened to what I was looking for, I trusted his input and my partial highlights turned out great (he's also just a kind & good person). I initially picked this salon because I was looking for non-toxic ammonia-free dye (loved that this salon didn't have that strong, traditional salon smell).
