The staff was very nice. At first I felt my color was too dark, but I have ended up loving it. The color ended up covering my not-so-good attempts at hair color at home. My only issue was it did not stay on the grays on my temple very long at all. But in all , I was very happy with it.

Love this concept! I am comfortable coloring my own hair, but it is great to get professional suggestions on color options. The salon was clean and comfortable and my hair came out great! I will definitely be going back for touch ups.

I've been using Madison Reed hair color for a while now. Well, since about June when I couldn't stand looking at my "quarantine roots" anymore. I hate doing my own hair color, since it's close to impossible to get the hair in the back colored properly, but it's cheaper than salon color, and I'm able to color my hair more often if I like. Not worth it for the amount this time around, didn't feel great about the service (had a better person assigned to me last time) and didn't leave happy with the new look. Sad cause my hair is already thin as it is and can't go for another round too soon. I don't recommend! But the product itself is gentle on my hair compared to other brands.

The staff at the Cherry Creek location are amazing, positive, service oriented and wonderful. I had good experience with the Denver location. I would avoid the Boulder location at all costs. If you want to listen about the physical ailments of your colorist while getting your roots done--in great detail, including medications, side effects, her chronic diseases, gastrointestinal issues, financial woes, and how terrible it is to work for Madison Reed, then I highly suggest the Boulder location.
