Hair colorists are pleasant and products so far I'm not allergic to. As far as the coloring, its better than the last two colorings I had where my roots were a pale blond- hardly covered -not warm blond. Hopefully the next coloring will be more precise with more warm color for coverage of my roots.

Visited this salon after work and was amazed by how relaxing it felt. My skin looked brighter right after the treatment -- totally worth the stop.

OMG Lleny did such a great job matching my current natural color at the roots, covering my grays and getting the summer brasiness out of my ends. My hair grows soooo fast, so it's amazing I can come as many times as I want for only $80 a months. Don't think, just book! The salon is lovely and the staff is wonderful!

I have already been here twice in last few months. First of all great with prices and no extra BS of pushing treaments on clients. Very relaxed environment. You can walk-in most of the times but getting appointment over weekends is always good. Most of the hair specialists there are great and reliable. Will keep going back because this is my favorite place to get hair color in NYC now.

I've had two fabulous experiences at this salon. Apani is awesomely talented and lovely. She takes the time to discuss and reassure. Plus, she's got great skills. For me, she's done full highlights and roots. The results are beautiful. Apani is a gem!

The women who did my color and who washed my hair were wonderful. I was taken care of from the moment I walked in the door. The location is easy to get to on the subway and I will be back again. A truly wonderful experience. Thank you!

since there isn't a general review I'm attaching this to my salon so someone at mr reads this and forwards to the proper person. This is by NO means how I feel about my salon at 84 th and the service What is w customer service???? no one knows whatn they are doing you can;t get through wrong order taken and even worse they AI answering with a valley girl twang.????? AWFUL PAST AWFUL after 2 hours I got someone who was real that helped. Shape up MR customer service SUCKS!!!!

The products, love. The easy scheduling, love. The membership, love. The colorist, not so much. I think it was just my colorist, perhaps new, seemed inexperienced or careless(?). Roots over saturated to a point where my forehead immediate front of the hairline had a thick line which I had to SCRUB right before a dinner event. Good thing it was dark. Also a note for the headquarters, plz provide ear protector (I'm def gonna bring my own) and a note prior to the appt to wear something that you don't mind little hair dye splat... read more
