This is probably the worst location. I just read a review about Duane. He is the one who spilled gloss all over my sweatshirt. Others are not better. They all have tendency to ignore you and just hang out in the staff room . I had enough with this place.

I have never been to a salon that not only did not honor my reservation. I showed Duane my reservation confirmation for a 10:30am appointment. He was rude and nasty. He said my reservation was 10 so I missed my appointment. I asked him to look at my confirmation. He never said sorry. He was the not at all empathetic or apologetic about the problem with my appointment. He said he was waiting for his 10:30 appointment.
