I popped in last week to see if I could possibly do my own hair (was going to a salon for years) The gentleman who helped me was amazing! (Had a sort of top hat on) I colored my roots that night. He told me easy to follow instructions, and gave me options for future coloring. In salon or at home. (matched my color perfectly! Reddish-auburn) I honestly don't know why this shop has low 'stars'. They are plus in my opinion.

Great service Color was beautiful but did fade after several washes. I might try again when my regular girl is not available.

I needed by roots down but after I left couldn't even tell that I got them done. My hair liked the same as before except a little frizzier from being dyed. So I won't go back.

For someone like me that is 100% gray, doesn't like to show any roots, has a super busy schedule, doesn't want to spend a ton of $ each time you go to the salon, and wants a quality product, then Madison Reed is for you! Love the hair color products, the convenience of the app and flexible times, the affordability, etc. The staff are super friendly and focused on customer satisfaction. Definitely give it a shot!

The employees here at this salon are very friendly and Sara or Sarah not sure of the spelling took the time to get the exact color i wanted.

I appreciate the offer to make it right, but I'm not sure what their definition of "shortly" is, it's been over 8 days and no contact has been made with me. Good thing I'm not holding my breath.....still a red head.....

I have been a member at this color bar for some time now. Despite having my hair turned blue on one other occasion, I had been ok with just going in for the occasional root service. This weekend I have a special event to attend, so I scheduled to have my roots and low lights done to add a little contrast to my blonde. I specifically told my colorist when I went in, that the last time I had my roots done, my hair turned a strawberry blonde and I DID NOT want any red, I wanted a gold blonde.
