let's just say I haven't put my hair down sin I got my hair done at this place. I got nothing close to what I asked for -and showed a picture of. ladies were sweet but the work was horrible. I hate my hair and have it in a bun all the time. definitely not worth my money.

The colorist was friendly , however I felt not enough attention happened and the color is much darker than the description of the color and where it sat on the chart. The color was supposed to be a very light brown moving towards dark blonde. My hair is a dark brown, and I hate it. I may have processed wrong or too long as they were busy running around and sitting in the back talking. The vibe in the salon was not great. The music was not great, just very old Motown music. How come it says you guys take 13-17 year olds, but when I arrive to my appointment they say that they can't do because I am too young? I even went in person to make an appointment and they allowed me knowing it was for me and knowing my age, even telling me mom was to stay.

staff was rushing and one pays attention. The shampoo station was so uncomfortable and when asked for support for my back and next they didn't care. I had to leave with wet hair so I can shampoo properly. The bond building costed me $40 approximately which was not done the proper way and timed right. Just washed it down the drain. very disappointed in the service which overall costed me $162.

I booked a hair appointment but got no confirmation. I eventually found a text message came in late the customer service by phone would not pick up. Arrived early at salon to confirm They told me what I booked would not include a blow dry. Yet on my phone there was a blow out. This is a big waist of time and money! The last time I went in the girl did a partial job. I had an appointment. Someone else came in and she hurried my job and went to the other person. Then the man that washed my hair didn't get the product out of my hair. My hair was so gross when I got home. I had to wash it three times. My hair is still not right after a few days.

Great products keep me coming back. Service is not good because they overbook appointments and nobody can keep up. Sat over an hour in the chair and when I went to dry my hair there were zero brushes and nothing restocked. It was not a fun experience at all. Always a good color result .. which is why it's not 1 star!

I decided to try Madison Reed Highland Village for highlights. When I sat in the chair, I told him what I wanted (cool tone highlights) and that I'd had highlights before, but he had his own idea of what he was going to do. I understand they can't do platinum blonde because they don't use harsh chemicals, and that's not even what I asked for...
