Thank you sooo much Madison Reed and Aleah in Lynnfield for the complimentary color correction to my previous service. I went into the salon today thinking I was only getting a complimentary Prime for Perfection treatment. I was blown away by my first visit to Madison Reed Hair Color Bar in Lynnfield. Aleah was super friendly knowledgeable and professional. She did a great job on my color and a perfect blowout on my difficult hair.

First if all I love the products! My hair has improved so much since switching from Wella products. I have had wonderful service at the Lynnfield Color Bar, especially with colorist Cassie.. She is professional, personal, kind and very caring!

I visited Lynnfield location for a color service. Though the color turned out well, but the hair wash was horribly done. There was a lump of shampoo left on the front of my hair, and when I pointed it out the person washing my hair just said "sorry" but didn't bother to rinse my entire head -- only that small section. My hair still felt heavy and slippery, which made it obvious the shampoo had not been properly rinsed out. when I got home I still had product left in my hair and had to wash and condition it again myself. I recently signed up for the roots every 6 weeks membership. I really like the fact that it is a place that specializes in just hair coloring. Also, it is super convenient for me because it is right down the street and the schedule has a lot of flexibility. I do however wish they would do something about the sinks. The area where you rest your neck while getting your color rinsed out, moves and is very uncomfortable on my neck. Everything else is great except for this and it has been a problem from day one. I have been going to this store for 18+ months. My colorist today said 2 thing to me. 1) was I good with my current color, and 2) did I want anything to drink. The first question was asked when I sat down, the second after she finished coloring my roots. Literally not a single word while she colored my hair! I said yes to both questions, while I got the correct color I never did get anything to drink despite my asking for water. WATER!
