I rarely leave reviews but really felt I should this time. The 2 girls in the Midtown Tampa Salon were so friendly and so helpful I've decided to stay with Madison Reed. I was going to cancel my membership because I wasn't able to pick up my color from the salon. I called for MONTHS on their main phone # you're not able to call the salon directly trying to pick up my color and I always got the answer sorry they don't have it there. Highly recommend. Had an excellent experience here. Friendly people, beautiful salon, efficient service, Jasmine did a great job coloring my hair. She totally understood what I was looking for and I love the results! Appreciate the take home samples and color gloss also included. Good value.

I love the concept of the shop. Most recently I went for dark roots. The girl "toned" it and now i have brown hair and have to highlight my hair which was very blonde before. Waste of money, time and just disgusted.

Unprofessional staff. Was made to wait 20 minutes just to be told they did not have enough time to color my hair. I am a new client and should have been given time for a consultation and service. Very disappointed with the whole experience. I will not be returning!

the service was friendly and attentive. The person who did my roots said she was a color expert but was moving September 1st and would no longer work in Tampa. I used the online app but couldn't find the exact color to match and was worried I'd buy the wrong color. I made appointment for expert hep.
