absolutley the worst hair experience i have ever had. i explained i have had hair loss problems so i didn't want to continue to dye it and i needed something low matienence. i asked for NO highlights and no dimension i simply wanted it all one color to match my natural which is brown. she ripped my hair out brushing it, and washing it, burned my scalp several times with the hair dryer holding it in a spot for too long, and completely botched my hair on top of that. i had white strands of hair along with blonde and black, i'v... read more
