RecommendedJeremiah was so friendly and knowledgeable. He was on time and did the best he could explain what could possibly be causing our problem. He offered some solutions which was nice to have a different perspective. I had reservations when it came to the diagnostic fees and the cost of labor. The company is on the higher side with their pricing. I opted not to have the diagnostic done. Hopefully changing the switch will solve the problem but who knows. Overall my experience with Jeremiah and the company was good.
