Technician was courteous & friendly. Because of the snow that morning, Mr Ramroon was unable to make it up my driveway with his vehicle its a short but steep hill. He persevered by walking up and down the driveway numerous times to get the maintenance service contract done. Give him my personal thanks. Also at this time I want to schedule my next next maintenance service tune up. The month of September, any Monday or Friday, the first thing in the morning. Email the date to me. Thank You, Alice.
