Well, I felt better after my second request for service, resolved the problem and it was only a plugged nozzle and nothing to do with Boiler Mate controls?? If the first service call had check burner, I, probably would not have had to make the second call in the middle of the night. I've been a Main Care customer for a long, long time and have no problems with continuing to be a long time customer. Sincerely, Russ VW
