Semi-satisfied with service. Your change of not notifying me of service date (technician just showed up) is a negative in your delivery of service. I was not afforded the opportunity to change the service date if I chose to. When I called your service center to see why there was not a notification, the technician had no idea what your policy for notification is. But the technician was a 10. He was courteous, professional, efficient and completed the job in a timely manner.
