We have been having ongoing issues with our furnace including lots of noise and eventual loss of hot water. We made numerous service calls after which the situation improved, but never went away. John O'Dell came for a service call on Nov. 18th, and after a thorough evaluation of our furnace, he found that our furnace was not venting air, and replaced a part. Since then our furnace is working well and sounds totally different. We are extremely happy with John's skills and the service he provided.

I always feel secure that my oil will be delivered on time, and that when service is needed someone professional and polite will show up and fix the problem, with an explanation of what was wrong and how it was fixed. Every year a price-cap program is offered. All Main-Care phone representatives have been helpful and polite.
