Your installer was terrific. However the main office had not given him the full scope of the job, and he had to return to the office to get the necessary equipment. He was very patient (as was I) and did a great job.

The technician that serviced my heating system (Ben Warner) was great. He showed up on time, worked efficiently and answered any and all questions I had completely. He was very thorough and we are very satisfied with the service.

Response time was excellent. It took 5 tries to solve my problem which was a bit frustrating, but I did understand the diagnostic process and all now seems well. Glad I had the service contract!
