My experience is always good. You should be more careful on billing you charged me for service on my two boilers when they where covered with my contact. I had to call you fixed it without a problem but this is the second time I had this happen.

The technician had not been trained on the procedure for resetting the maintenance schedule on the generator clock. I point out that this happened last year as well, with a different technician. As a general comment, it is my opinion that institutional knowledge is not being passed on to the technicians with respect to the nuances of certain pieces of equipment at the customer's home. For reference, please review the service history on the boiler at the subject residence.
