I received a delivery today and was very confused trying to understand the meter, the billing and the amount delivered. I mistakenly thought I had a 250 gallon tank, but in actuality had a 500 gallon tank. I called because I thought a mistake was made in the delivery and the subsequent receipt. A technician named Dave Marek can to my moms house due to her oil furnace leaking and after examining it found it was the coil. He explained my options and left then realized I might not have hot water the way things are hooked up so turned around and checked to make sure I had it then realized the drain valve was leaking and after trying 2 different caps that didn't make it stop he replaced the whole valve and that stopped the problem. I would recommend him to anyone that needs service.

We have been customers of Main-Care since 2000. In more recent years, we have had the benefit of getting our monthly fuel filled by Jorge C. I say benefit because I have had the occasion to speak with Jorge and his care for our property and consideration for our dog and fence without prompting from us warrants this review.
