I have requested an automatic email receipt of delivery two times. I spoke with a representative to be sure that my record has been changed to reflect my choice; and was asssured that it was. This is a way I can put my worries to rest that a delivery was made and I will not be running out of fuel. But yet, I did not receive an email receipt as expected for my last delivery. I would appreciate it if you would check this out. Thanks

My heat kick off 2:00AM and I did get heat back on until 8:30PM. It was below 0 so you can see why it was so awful. It was hard to just keep warm and the animals warm. It was cold. I feel you should hired more people especially during this time. I still don't know why the heat kicked off just like that. I was a happy when the heat came in at 9:00.

Everything was great. In and out over the course of an hour for a new propane install and a walk-thru for a new heating system. Awesome Company with friendly service. Looking forward to having Main-Care install a gas hot water tank and a high efficiency furnace to get off the electric.
