It would have been wonderful if you had told us that our service information had become confused when you switched computer systems. Instead, this was our first preventive maintenance in 3 years even though we had paid for a service contract for the past 20 years. We received an invoice for this pm visit as if we did not have the contract and it was only when we called you that we found out what happened. We look forward to seeing you on a more regular basis.
