Only problem I have is service showed up to clean my boiler and I had no notice that you were even coming. No email, no post card, no phone call to even set up appointment. Luckily I was home. Also no paper work was left.

Main-Care was very responsive in sending Josh on Saturday morning to take a look at our propane tank which was empty. Josh was very polite and gave us a temporary fill-up. He said someone would come to fill up the tank on Monday and, indeed, someone came and filled up the tank as promised. I have absolutely no complaints about the service received. Thank you!

I was told that the oil tank would be inspected on 6/3, and it was, and that oil would be delivered on 6/5. This 6/5 date was very important because the bank had a preservation company coming out early 6/8 to dewinterize and get the furnace up and running. The oil delivery did not happen but thanks to one of the employee 10 gallons was run out and put in the tank.I just think that businesses need to be more mindful of dates.

After my first call a technician was dispatched out to my house fairly quickly. The tech Jake was motivated and professional. He checked out my boiler and quickly got to work. The issue was that the oil-fired boiler sooted up. He vacuumed out the boiler and stovepipe. He tried to restart the system, it was still puffing smoke. He discussed the issues with someone on the phone and then told me I needed to have the chimney swept, on a Sunday.
