Main-Care technician, Brandon, was very polite, knowledgeable, and followed all Covid-dictated guidelines. He was able to assure me that the "Winter-Gard" product (that had been substituted in my tank the previous two deliveries) would not damage my Toyotomi unit. He took special care to check that the exterior fuel line was completely shut off before disconnecting the filter casing. He is/was a fine representative of the Main-Care organization!

Will Clark did a very good job in helping us with our oil boiler, the first technician came and just checked the circulator when it ran he said let it run for few minutes I thought he’s staying in the car because of covid but he left our driveway, in 5 mins the boiler stopped working again. I called back (sorry I forgot her name )she was very nice , she sent Will and he was very professional and very nice.
