Both you’re in lobby, tellers and on the phone staff are helpful. Generous with information and responsive with nice vocabulary. I love my Credit Union.

Good no worries
I recently had to have my account locked because of a scam threat. In order to get the account open again I had to call Mainstreet to get help. Over a period of 2 days I spoke to 4 ladies who helped me get back online. I am not totally computer literate and all of these young ladies were very patient with me as they helped me get my problem solved and I am eternally grateful for their help. We had no problems at all. We have been with Mainstreet for almost 25 years, and they are the best! We needed another loan and were able to get it started by phone. We made the trip to the Fairfax location and it was Kirstie Wood who helped us finalize the loan. She was very friendly and explained everything in terms we could understand, and answered all questions we had with good knowledge and understanding. I would recommend Mainstreet to anyone!
