This USED to be a great credit union, it used to be about making things right by their members but now it’s all about dollars. Their fraud department confirmed fraud and stated I’ll get a new card, which I was happy with. But their fraud department does NOT communicate with their card services department, let alone Mainstreet Federal Credit Union. Would NEVER recommend this bank. POOR customer service & truly doesn't care for the needs of their members or the services they provide. Sherr specifically (Could be spelled incorrectly) is rude & could overhear her speaking about me to her coworkers. Hopefully they monitor the calls because I felt really disrespected & when I spoke up about it the lady stated, "Its nothing anyone here can do for you".
