Honestly at first I thought it had taken a minute to get a response but then I realized I was applying for a loan literally a day before Thanksgiving. I know my the branch manager Kim Manning did all she could to assist and help my loan go through as smoothly as possible. Besides waiting on the underwriters she followed up with me promptly and took care of all my questions and needs. I couldn't been more happy with her and the ending result. I definitely would give her a five stars!!
