Always fast & friendly.
It was easy to get the perfect appointment time to meet with the loan officer! She made it quick and easy to get my application completed and what the loan would cost. I believe the prep work she expedited time. She made it clear that the final approval would come from the committee. I left feeling good about her professionalism and the care she showed for my request!

Stop treating people like animals. Listen and don’t judge a book by its cover. Every single person should be treated like human beings and not make them feel uncomfortable because if oh wasn’t faor is your Would not be able to feed your family
Started an account got a loan that was submitted incorrectly on there end making payments on the loan on time months later they tell me oh by the way your loan was submitted incorrectly on our end they put a freeze on account I was told someone higher up would reach out vp of accounting has not reached out always short staffed at certain locations never answers phones would not recommend!
