Mak Roofing & Construction was professional and did high quality work. We had a leak that previous companies patched, but Mak Roofing actually repaired the roof and replaced the damaged area. We recommend their services.

Very professional. Good job, except some rough areas thethat had to be pointed out. I believe their representative who went out to inspect the final job, should have caught these rough areas without having to have them pointed out. An additional fee for a second layer was charged once the job was begun and this was not observed during the preliminary inspection to quote an estimate. Overall the job was satisfactory, but they need to work on being more thorough prior to taking a job and at completion.

The response to my initial call, for roof replacement, was an appointment to look and get an estimate on the same afternoon. We met, they looked at what was to be replaced according to my insurance. The roof repair was set up for a Thursday morning and they began as scheduled. They said it would take 2-3 days, it was 2. I assume my roof passed the inspection by the city, but don't know that for sure. No one has said. The pipe on the roof to my water heater came loose, supervisor arrived, explained the situation and it was repaired before they left for the day. He explained that it can/ does happen during roof repair. No disruption in water. They cleaned up after themselves, no debris left. So all is well.
