The project manager was constantly monitoring the work and providing information on its progress. Project manger was confident about their finished product and agreed to extend warranty 6 months.

Felix was beyond helpful from the very start. He thoroughly explained the whole process to me before he started anything. I needed the roof repaired on a rental property of mine and since I don't live nearby, I had some concerns about hiring an honest contractor. He made sure to take a lot of pictures as he was getting his estimate so I could see the damage for myself. As soon as he received my check, he repaired the roof and sent pictures of the repairs.
