I had cataract surgery on both eyes. Dr. Shamie and her staff were so great from start to finish. Very courteous and helpful. I would recommend her group for any eye surgery.

The best experience I could ever ask for! I got LASIK about a month ago & I couldn’t be more impressed with the entire team and process! I received a followup text the night of my procedure from Dr. Maloney and had a video chat with him the following morning (for another check up) before my actual check up apt. I will always recommend the Maloney-Shamie institute for LASIK. They are incredible!!

Dr. Maloney performed my Lasik procedure in Jan 2005. He was straight forward about the procedure, the risks and results I could expect. That candidness made me comfortable with my decision to proceed. I just returned from my annual eye exam today in Dec 2021 and the optometrist was amazed that my vision has remained 20/15 almost 17 years later. Quality of life, in my mind’s eye, is directly correlated to how good your vision may be. We are blessed to have wonderful vision, when it is working right, and at a constant diminution in the quality of life when it is not working right.We all appreciate how sensitive our eyes are in so it is with a great amount of trust and confidence, that I recommend Dr. Shamie for her skill, expertise, knowledge, accomplishments and flawless technique.
