About the experience… If we don’t count the front desk lady … I would said the experience was outstanding. I am very happy with my surgery but I have to say … I thought from my first visit maybe it was me , having wrong conclusion about the lady at the front desk …I never mentioned anything to my family . But even my husband the day that he drove me for the surgery got the impression that the lady at the front desk wasn’t that nice at all. It was a great experience! Your staff and Dr Shamie took time to answer my questions and explained what to expect. The procedure was smooth and went by in a flash.
