Another great experience at the Man Cave Delray! I did not have an appointment and I waited for less than five minutes. The young lady behind the counter was extremely nice and offered me a drink. They have beer on tap but I opted for a cold bottle of water. I'll admit I have been here a few times and have had nothing but pleasant experiences. Wendy is an amazing stylist/barber. I've been in Florida for 7 years, and Lee is the best barber I've had. He spent a lot of time getting my color exactly the way I like, and he gave me a cut that is not just good looking, but easy to care for. The staff could not be nicer, and the amenities (draft beer or coffee on the house) make this a great place to get a cut.

The worst cut I've received in recent history. Wendy W listened to me and even showed me on her scissors the measurements and the first cut was exactly the length I wanted- then she proceeded to keep cutting shorter and shorter until she ruined my head. Never going back there

While visiting WPB during Memorial weekend, was exited to see a place just for men, to do a manly pedicure, haircut and beard trim... but they close on weekends. Not a good marketing option. You could close any other weekday. Possibly Sunday and Monday, as most salons...

This was my second visit and most likely my last. My first experience with Carolina was good. She asked questions and was friendly. My second experience was awful. She did not even say hello. She said "remind me what number I used." She proceeded to cut my hair and was extremely rushed never saying one word. After TEN minutes, she said "voila" in a very sarcastic tone. Awful customer service, I came in and asked the barber to cut my hair with certain level guards he said he would and then proceeded to not he cut my hair so short when I said I'm growing it out and then telling me how effed up my hair was when I came in when in reality it looked way better I just wanted a clean up he made it a point to turn me around and cut all my hair off without my knowledge I honestly am very appalled my face was covered in hives meaning tools aren't being sanitized.. Genesis is an awesome stylist. I work until 5:30 every day and usually rush over maybe a few minutes after 5:30. I had discussed this previously when I made appointments. However, whoever answered the phone today was exceptionally rude stating, "you may have been late once, but no." This person wasn't capable of listening in the slightest, and that communication could have gone a million other ways that wasn't absurdly rude. Clean, bright, spacious location with upbeat music and access to many nearby restaurants if you want to dine while you wait. Complementary candy and relaxing leather seats for waiting are a nice touch. However, neither the barbers nor the receptionist acknowledged or initiated conversation upon my arrival. Really disappointed with the haircut I got. Took 40 min and the cut is terribly uneven . The stylist answered his cell three times during my cut and didn't wear a mask. Will not go back again.
