i specifically asked for a trim over the top and to clean up on the sides, while keeping it fluffy on top. they gave me a buzzcut instead. they didn't listen when i said, "thats good!" and i regret it. i don't recommend this to people who want a specific haircut. this place sucks (friend asked me to write this based on his experience)
I told the stylist I was growing my hair out on the back and only to take off the dry ends .I just got home. She did even not listen at all. There is at least an inch gone .I am not happy. Do they just not listen and do what they want. Thanks .I will not be back.
Do not go here if you care about possibly catching Covid or the flu. Barbers don't wear masks, don't believe in vaccinations and don't think they can spread disease working directly in front of clients indoor. Absolutely no safety precautions in the midst of pandemic claiming more than 1,200 American lives a day. Other customers also didn't wear mask. Rude staff! Poor customer service!!! Tami was rude disrespectful demeaning and offensive when I spoke with her after arriving 9 minutes late for my appt. I received a call when I was on my way (a 30 minute drive) to tell me they wanted me to come in early due to a cancellation. Brought my young boys in for a just a trim. When I requested that the stylist cut the hair around my sons ears she stated that it wasn't part of the hair style and refused. Needless to say my son left shop with a horrible haircut that resembled a mullet. Had heard similar stories from other parents but I figured I'd give it a shot because it is close to my house. Lesson learned I will never go back.
was a regular customer of Elliot for over three years. every two to three weeks, year round. my last visit with five minutes left before my appointment, a customer breezed in with his young son. Showed up for my 1pm appointment I had made via their booking app MINDBODY. No ones here.
This has been one of my favorite barber shops in the area for awhile. With that being said, I will not be returning. I went to go see Josh the day before my birthday (been going to him for months), I confirmed my appointment with him after directly booking it with Josh (which is always how my appointments are booked). The worst haircut I have ever received. I'm extremely embarrassed to walk into public. All that was done was a short clipper shaved the bottom half of my head (no fade or blending) and the top was left long and untouched. No trimming or blending done to the top either. So I now have an uneven undercut with an I faded clip around the sides. Not to mention the part is all jagged. Stay away if you actually care about your hair. Also this place costs just as much as everywhere else
