Rude staff! Poor customer service!!! Tami was rude disrespectful demeaning and offensive when I spoke with her after arriving 9 minutes late for my appt. I received a call when I was on my way (a 30 minute drive) to tell me they wanted me to come in early due to a cancellation. Brought my young boys in for a just a trim. When I requested that the stylist cut the hair around my sons ears she stated that it wasn't part of the hair style and refused. Needless to say my son left shop with a horrible haircut that resembled a mullet. Had heard similar stories from other parents but I figured I'd give it a shot because it is close to my house. Lesson learned I will never go back.

was a regular customer of Elliot for over three years. every two to three weeks, year round. my last visit with five minutes left before my appointment, a customer breezed in with his young son. Elliot took the son before me. when i told the receptionist that he took the kid before me, she said i could leave if i wanted and that it didn't make a difference to her. This has been one of my favorite barber shops in the area for awhile. With that being said, I will not be returning. I went to go see Josh the day before my birthday (been going to him for months), I confirmed my appointment with him after directly booking it with Josh (which is always how my appointments are booked). The worst haircut I have ever received. I'm extremely embarrassed to walk into public. All that was done was a short clipper shaved the bottom half of my head (no fade or blending) and the top was left long and untouched. No trimming or blending done to the top either. So I now have an uneven undercut with an I faded clip around the sides. Not to mention the part is all jagged. Stay away if you actually care about your hair. Also this place costs just as much as everywhere else

I wouldn't trust their scheduling. Certainly don't book 1st appointment in AM! First of all, they tell you to arrive 15 minutes early, but they don't open the door15 minutes early. They should either do that, or schedule the first appointment with a 15 minute offset (10:15). When I suggested this fix, the person at the desk gave my "favorite" response for a company that doesn't ingrain customer service or employee commitment: "It's not my company." The hair it was good. It was how the store handled some problem situations. The first was my son he had a 11:00 appointment and then had another appointment after. When he got there he was a little early and checked in. The person was cutting a little boys hair and when he finished instead of taking my son as he was there he then cut the fathers hair which made my sons appointment 25 minutes late. Do not go here. My husband got a hot "shave" and came home bleeding from 20-30 places as well as severe razor burn. Very angry
