After using the Boca location a few times, I got a haircut in Delray since it is closer to my house. The woman did a great job, so I figured I'd stick with it. Showed up for my appointment last Sunday and was told that I wasn't on the schedule, and neither was my son. We could "wait if we wanted." No thanks. Fast forward to today. The service was pretty good. Actually considered them as a regular place to get my hair, but they would not honor a gift card. It was pretty ridiculous. I had to talk to the manager in the Boca location, Daliah. She treated me like I was trying to pull a scam. It is a crying shame people treat customers in such a manner. She said she need to pay and she will talk with the owners because she can not make that call to honor the gift card. She called me two days later and said they would not honor it.
