Huge thanks to Dr. DeMann and the team at Manhattan Spine and Sports Medicine. They are the best doctors I have ever had. Dr DeMann performed stem cell replacement and PRP for torn cartilage in my knee and I have been able to avoid surgery and return to activity pain free.
