Pretty Decent Been living here for almost 6 months. Plan on moving once lease is up. It was my first place and I was in a rush so I kind of just accepted the first place that accepted me lol. Anyways you are paying for the area! The apartment is a decent size although I wish it was bigger, especially the dining area. Bedroom is a decent size as well as the bathroom although the bathrooms mirror is honestly disgusting to look at. Huge crack in the window and spider webs everywhere. The bug problem is real. Living here I've been a resident of Maple Creek for two months and I can honestly say I have had nothing but a positive experience. The girls in the office are helpful and pleasant to deal with. I would definitely refer my friends and family here.
It'll do haven't had to many issues just a/c issues leasing office is decent. Tenants aren't but trash area isn't well kept though
depressing. The pictures are rather nice but are nothing compared to what I saw in person. I submitted an application and I was told that I would receive a full refund in less than 24 hours which I did after the tour. The manipulation in the complementary just so you could submit one is outstanding. Wouldn’t recommend this place ??

Verified Renter Well, I've been patiently waiting for my mail box to be fix and my toilet. I told the staff there at the apartment complex, so far no help there. I've been to pay my rent the online services they doesn't work at all. And I have no hot water in the bathroom sink nor kitchen sink unless I let it run for about 7 to 10 minutes imagine that water bill. It's crazy right? My thoughts exactly

Maintenance Absolutely appalling maintenance. I've had 6 different work orders in 3 months. One was placed the first week I moved in and wasn't taken care of until I called complaining about a more pressing work order. Air conditioning has not worked in months. I can run it all day and it is still unable to maintain a reasonable temperature but it can surely keep my electric bill high. Truly the kind of place that makes your mom's basement not look too bad.

Verified Renter Overpriced for what you get. Windows are terrible and drafty. Can't see out of them and need to be replaced. AC goes out all the time in the summer and you burn alive upstairs. But unsafe living conditions like that aren't considered an "emergency".
