Beaware of this apartment First of all not value for money,secondly they do not properly remove snow hence lot of difficulties in winter,houses are infested with bugs in the summer my friends child almost ate a bug,in winter there will be ice formation inside the rooms as the heating is not good,washer dries will be out of service most of the times,no dishwasher and bad quality of materials are used for most of rooms.most important they will not return your deposit and they won't send a proper bill back to you after you vaca... read more

NOT RECOMMENDABLE The bugs here are disgusting. They look like roache. When you kill them they leave stains everywhere. The exterminator, came a few times and nothing got resolved. Now they don't come at all. We see bugs almost every other day now. This place is far from worth the price we pay. Every other week we have to call maintenance to fix something. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. They just try to get over on people. If you get approved they automatically take money out of your account before even notifying you of being approved. Just because I applied doesn’t mean I still wanted the apartment. They took 100 dollars out of my account then told me it was non refundable after I would not sign the lease. Substandard Apartment Units for their price The walls and roofs are so thin that you can hear people walking above you. And if you have a noisy neighbor say goodbye to your good night's sleep maybe for days or even months sometimes. The management does not take any action when you complain except for sending out a common noise violation notice to every apartment in the entire building. Don't move here This place is the worst place with noisy neighbors, especially the kids. They yell when playing soccer every single day. My building's washing machine was broken, and no one fix it. The yard was full of trash. You definetely don't want to live in this apartment.
Nasty This apartment is nasty the hallways are very dirty and they allow people to leave shoes in hallways this apartment also had bugs
