Dr. Gabella was unable to preform the procedure I came in for so he told me I would be receiving a refund for the work that was done. After my insurance paid I was left with a bill that amounted to being charged around $500 per hour for his services. I was in his office a total of 30 minutes and was forced to pay $225 out of pocket after in-network insurance. The facilities are also outdated.
Office staff is rude. "Are you a new patient?" "Yes" "You have to wait a month for an appointment." Fees are very high.
Good evening Dr. Geballa. I was examined by you March 3rd for a procedure that I cancelled, I paid a deposit of $555.00. Since then I've been told several reasons why the funds have not been returned, although, I qualified to your book keeping off that there is no reason for my refund should be kept. When I completed the last conversation with your book keeping office, the staff member was disrespectful to me and the third party that was conferenced in. To this day, I do not understand why.
