I just left Dr. Geballa’s office after receiving a root canal. The entire team was very kind, professional, and informative from the beginning to the end. I especially appreciated the comfort I felt during the procedure, which I initially thought would be very painful. I am very happy I was referred Dr. Geballa and I highly recommend him and his team. Dr. Geballa is truly an expert in the field. I had sooooooooooooooooooomany bad experiences but when I got to Dr. Geballa he first lessen my fears of having the root canal, and secondly he was honest about the information shared with me. He turned my midnight into joy and I will always recommend him to others. I am not just talking fluff my testimony is for real.
Was given an estimate only to get a bill of $1,000 extra which my insurance says was for a procedure not authorized. When calling the office, they tell me I need to speak to their billing department and I am given a phone number where nobody answers and don't return calls. I understand that when given an estimate you can except a bit of extra charge but $1K! is outrageous! I am reporting this to Better Business Bureau. Marc Geballa DDS dental practice is a scam, I don't recommend going to this dentist, they try to rip-off they're patience. I went to his office for him to look at a root canal, it took him least then two mins and he did nothing for my tooth, told me I had to get my tooth extracted. Also, he didn't even give me any treatment (antibiotic or penicillin) knowing I had an abscess on my tooth after the visit my tooth got worst in a couple of days. “Office manager” extremely rude unprofessional, and condescending. I’ve never filed a negative review anywhere but felt compelled after being dismissed, hung up on and disrespected. Word of advice doctors if you want patients business I highly recommend new receptionist!!!!!!! Atrocious,,, I will be taking my child else where
Great doctor , but his staff could be better .
