In this current sellers market it is harder to get offers accepted . Marcia went above and beyond and contacted the seller’s agent to describe the loan program we were using and answer questions the agent had. This was instrumental in a strong consideration and eventually winning the bid. Nice Job!
Marcia Volin is like a family member. Everytime we get together as a family Marcia's name always come up and everyone agrees she's the best. For about 20 years Marcia has been doing most of the loan's for family, friends and all the refi's, and buyers I can find. And that's a lot of business.!!

Marcia makes herself available to answer questions at the time that they arise. If a wrench is thrown into a transaction, she pulls it out. She is intelligent, helpful, and knowledgeable. Simply put, transactions done with Marcia are smoother than transactions done without her. She is top notch!
