Explained the process well and made it easy.
Marcia was fantastic! She walked us through our entire first time home buying experience and was very helpful and straightforward in all of the answers and insights she gave. The entire VIP team did phenomenal at working to quickly close our deal and made it a trouble free process. We would absolutely go to Marcia and VIP again for any other financing transactions and will recommend them to anyone we know who is in need of a good lender.
Marcia was excellent at explaining all the steps and very clear with the financials. There were no surprises, and the process was quick and easy. I would definitely use her again in the future, and refer my friends and family to her!

Easiest process to get a home loan
I have referred Marcia numerous times and had always proved to be the best. As a fairly new Realtor I have had the opportunity to work with a variety of lenders and I can honestly say not one of them compared to Marcia Volin.
Marcia was incredibly helpful while working with my husband and I. She answered any questions we had and always responded in such a timely manner. Such a pleasant lady to work with.
