Marcia was always available! During our process she literally made it fast and easy with everything laid out where all we had to do was point, click , sign, and done! Marcia always takes excellent care of my clients! This transaction was no exception. We were attempting a same-day close, where the buyers were not available to sign documents until noon on the COE.
