The initial process was very easy! The only thing that I didn’t like was that all the paperwork was not signed during our closing b, then a guy shows up to my house unannounced to sign additional paperwork. To date we have not received our funds.
Marcia was a true professional. She had the best knowledge we found when it came to the HUD 184 Native American loan. She was never too busy to answer our questions and helped us through more than a year of preparation to be able to purchase our dream home.
