I want to say that Marcos and Damarys was just amazing through my refinance process. I called Marcos and told him what I wanted. He told me the documents he would need for the process. Once I submitted the document, Damarys was timely in providing me status updates throughout the process. I felt at ease throughout the process and everything executed as what Marcos and Damarys described. They were both very professional and responsive.
